3. Privacy and personal data

3.2. 4. Order processing, pricing, exchange.

4.5. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees that the price of the product placed in the "basket", its assortment and quantity will be relevant only at the time of formation of the "basket" and may change if the purchase has not been finalized by pressing the "place order" button ", "buy".
4.6. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees that the Goods purchased by him are not subject to exchange and return in the following cases:
4.6.1. More than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase of the Product;

With this Agreement, the User (Buyer) confirms his awareness that only new goods that have not been used and have no signs of use: scratches, chips are subject to exchange or return; must be preserved: a complete set of goods, integrity and all packaging components, labels, factory markings, and the Visitor (Buyer) has an original document confirming the fact of purchasing the corresponding Goods. Violation of any of these clauses leaves the Administration with the right to deny the Visitor (Buyer) the exchange or return of the goods.
4.8. When ordering a product on the website, the User (Buyer) confirms his consent to receive information about the production date, product storage terms in the format provided by the manufacturer brand, in particular with the help of the Batch code applied to the product packaging or other manufacturer's markings.
4.9. When ordering goods on the website, the User (Buyer) confirms his consent to combining orders placed for one recipient in one package and receiving them in one package.
