Exchange or return is possible within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order from the postal carrier if:

- the product has not lost its marketable appearance

- the product was not used for its intended purpose

- saved tags and markings

- there are no signs of use on it

- no extraneous odors are felt

- the product does not fall under the list of goods that are not subject to return, namely: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear (Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172)

You need to fill out the return form (application) that was included in the parcel, print out the fiscal check that was sent to you, sign the return form, attach the check and send it to the recipient indicated on the form together with the goods. We understand that such a procedure may require considerable attention and effort, but we must also comply with the laws and regulations regulated by the regulatory authorities.

Exchanges and returns are carried out at the expense of the customer, except for a manufacturing defect or an error in the execution of the order on the part of the store.

Refunds are made to the client's bank card within 10 working days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the goods by the Store.
