Delivery is carried out by postal services of Ukraine convenient for you:

• Self-pickup (Kyiv, Hoholivska street, 39)
• Nova Poshta
• Ukrposhta

Shipping orders: Monday to Friday, Sat/Sun closed.

Free delivery for orders over 4000 UAH.

If the order is placed before 5:00 p.m., it will be shipped on the same day.

• Address delivery by courier service is available in Ukraine.
• International delivery from Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta is also possible.

Postal carrier services are paid by the recipient of the order*

The cost of postal transportation of the order is determined by the carrier. You can get acquainted with the rates of delivery services on the official website of the carrier.

We are not responsible for the correctness of the pricing policy of the postal carrier.

*does not apply to orders that are returned for reasons beyond the control of the customer.

You have the opportunity to pay in the following ways that are convenient for you:

• Payment in cash upon pickup from the store
• Online payment by card of any bank or via ApplePay/GooglePay
• Payment by mail upon receipt.

Receiving the product by mail, you have the right to try it on, see and assess how well you are satisfied with the quality of the ordered products. Is the size and style right for you, or meets your expectations.

Exchange or return is possible within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the order from the postal carrier, subject to the availability of a fiscal receipt and if the product has not lost its commercial form.

Exchange for return is carried out at the expense of the customer, with the exception of manufacturing defects.

Refunds are made to the client's bank card within 10 working days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the goods by the Store.

To arrange an exchange or return, please contact us via messenger, by phone at +380970277277, or via direct Instagram with a description of the situation that needs to be resolved. You will need to print and fill out a return form (application), print the receipt that was sent to you, sign the return form, and send it together with the product to the recipient specified in the form. We understand that this procedure requires considerable attention and effort, but these are the requirements of the law, which are regulated by the controlling authorities.

If signs of product use are detected, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
